DOMESTIC DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer Standard shipping on all Australian orders and incur a flat rate of $9.90 for postage and handling within Australia. Domestic express shipping is a $15 flat rate shipping fee.
For deliveries within the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. For Express shipping please allow 1-4 business days.
For all other deliveries within the rest of Australia, please allow 3-8 business days to receive your order and for Express, 2-4 business days.
All deliveries must be left in a safe location at your preferred address. Please ensure that a daytime or work address is provided where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Kindly note that a re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.

Contactless deliveries: We are working with Australia Post to limit contact as much as possible. Signatures will not be required on all deliveries and will be signed for on the customers behalf if available to receive the parcel. If you're not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office where additional precautions are being taken to ensure a contact free experience.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING
All international orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee of AU$40.00. Due to prevailing circumstances, shipping rates have been increased, and international express shipping is temporarily unavailable. These rates are subject to revision, should conditions improve.
International orders may incur customs/import duty charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
