We aim to ship orders as soon as possible and your order will ship within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Once your order is shipped you will receive your shipment tracking information. Should we have any issues with your order, we will contact you right away to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Due to prevailing circumstances, shipping rates have been increased, and international express shipping is temporarily unavailable. These rates are subject to revision, should conditions improve.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.
All deliveries must be left in a safe location at your preferred address. Please ensure that a daytime or work address is provided where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Kindly note that a re-delivery fee may apply if the parcel is not signed for.
DUTIES, TAXES & TARIFFS
International orders may be subject to import duties, levies, taxes, tariffs, or other charges upon arrival in the customer’s country. These charges are imposed by the local government and must be paid by the customer; they are not the responsibility of Heaven Australia.
Please note that these fees are determined by the customs authorities in the importing country and are entirely separate from Heaven Australia. We have no control over the amount charged, as this is at the discretion of the respective customs departments.
If a customer refuses to pay any applicable customs or import duties and the order is consequently undelivered, the customer will remain liable for the cost of the items being destroyed or returned to Aqua Blu Australia, as well as any shipping fees originally covered by Aqua Blu Australia at the time of dispatch.
International orders may be subject a longer than expected delivery time. Heaven Australia has no authority over delivery port customs processing times and as such, can only estimate time taken for international orders to be delivered.
