As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, we would like to take a moment to update you on the steps Heaven Swimwear is taking to navigate this challenging time. Firstly, thank you for your support during this period, Australian retailers and small businesses need you now more than ever. Our greatest priority is the health and safety of all of our team members, you our valued customers and the wider community. We have taken steps to ensure our team upholds the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness including frequent hand washing, hand sanitiser stations, adherence to social distancing guidelines and the use of masks and gloves onsite.

Delivery times: Our logistics team is continuing to operate as normal and all orders placed online will continue to be packed and shipped in a timely manner. You may, however experience a slight delay in receiving your items as the Australian Postal Service is experiencing higher than normal volumes of packages being sent and received during this time.

Contactless deliveries: We are working with Australia Post to limit contact and reduce distancing as much as possible. Signatures will not be required on all deliveries and will be signed for on the customers behalf if available to receive the parcel. If you're not available to receive the package, Australia Post will return the package to the nearest post office where additional precautions are being taken to ensure a contact free experience.

Returns Processing Time: Our returns authorisation team is continuing to operate however we are experiencing a slightly longer returns processing time.  Once you receive an email confirming receipt your parcel, your return will be processed as normal.

Exchanges: We are still processing exchanges as normal during this period. Rest assured, our team is working hard to uphold the strict guidelines provided to us from the NSW government regarding sanitation and hygiene practices.

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING


We offer FREE shipping on Australian orders over $150. Orders under $150 will incur a flat rate of $9.90 for postage and handling within Australia.


For deliveries within the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro areas, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order.

For all other deliveries within the rest of Australia, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your order.

All deliveries must be signed for, please make sure to provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. Please note, a re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.


Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect Points. You will be contacted via email or phone for an alternative postal address before we are able to send out our parcel.



















 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders will incur a flat rate shipping fee of AU$20.00.

International orders may incur customs/import duty charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 7 to 15 business days for international deliveries outside of Australia.

All deliveries must be signed for, please make sure to provide a daytime/work delivery address where someone is available to sign. Please note, a re-delivery fee will apply if the parcel is not signed for.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you’re not satisfied with your item, we will refund or exchange your item(s). In order to successfully return your order, your items must meet the following rules:

  •  Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  •  Fill out and include the Returns Authority Form you received with your order (or download it here) in your parcel

  •  If your return is an EXCHANGE, please email info@heavenswimwear.com.au with your order number & item you want exchanged so that our team can ensure we have the item you want in stock. Please note, Heaven Swim Australia are not responsible for being unable to fulfil an exchange order if items are sent back prior to approval

  •  Items must be returned in their original condition, and returned unworn, unwashed and with the original labels, tags and hygiene stickers still attached
  •  Sale items are only eligible for exchange for items of the same value (no refunds are accepted). If exchanged items amount to a lesser value of the original item, the customer will be issued store credit for the remaining value.


PLEASE NOTE: 
All returned item(s) must be received, inspected and approved before we a refund or exchange is issued. Heaven Swim Australia has the right to refuse refund/exchange if the returned products do not fulfil these requirements.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return reason is due to a mistake on our behalf or due to a faulty garment

All first domestic exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge. Any subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and postage costs will not be covered by Heaven Swim Australia.

International customers are responsible for return postage costs for all refunds and/or exchanges.

We recommend that you send your returns by registered post with a tracking number to ensure your item arrives safely. Heaven Swim Australia cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return items.
